First u need download this file ainstall it to ur pc :

Download window 8 controller apk:

launch window controller on ur pc and ur phone together
In ur pc will see IP Adress : ex: 192.11.1.01
in ur phone click on Maual Connect and put IP Adress : ex: 192.11.1.01 the same in pc clic connect afterthat click Continue anyway ........
